Tokiwa’s customized eye products offer refillable innovative packaging, rich textures, smooth and fine lines and intense colors. The liquid liners are available in both refillable wooden and plastic packaging.

The liners have specialized tips to apply intense color while having durability when drawing. The ultra-fine line diameter allows for the most delicate lines and can be easily blended with other makeup applications. With over 50 colors available, the selections are endless ranging from bright colors, pale pastels to metallics.
